How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your session, contact us at hola@theheadshotclub.co or through the Cal.com booking link where you made your original reservation. Please provide your booking confirmation number and the date of your scheduled session. We will respond within one business day to confirm your request and outline the applicable fees or options.

Cancellation Timeline and Fees

7+ Days Before Session

Full refund of deposit or free reschedule to any available date within 90 days. No fees apply.

3 to 7 Days Before Session

Deposit forfeited. You may reschedule one time at no additional cost within 90 days.

Less Than 72 Hours Before Session

Deposit forfeited. To reschedule, pay 50% of original package price. This charge cannot be refunded.

Same-Day or No-Show

Deposit forfeited. Full remaining balance charged. No future bookings permitted.

Rescheduling Options

If you are eligible to reschedule based on your cancellation timing, you may select any available date within 90 days of your original session (or 60 days in the case of weather or emergency cancellations). Availability is subject to our studio calendar. We will work with you to find a convenient time.

If you cannot find a suitable date within the timeframe, contact us to discuss alternatives. Rescheduled sessions retain your original package and customizations unless you request changes.

Weather and Emergency Cancellations

The Headshot Club may cancel your session due to severe weather, natural disaster, or photographer illness. In these cases, you are offered a free reschedule within 60 days at no cost. If you prefer a full refund instead, contact us to request one, which will be processed within 5 business days.
